THE PROJECT ENTAILED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STEEL PORTAL FRAMED TWO STOREY PRIVATE MOTOR MUSEUM FOR J H HESELDON OBE. THE MAIN FEATURE OF THE SCHEME WAS THE REFLECTIVE CONCAVE CURTAIN WALLING TO THE FRONT ELEVATION, DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO REFLECT THE TREE LINED RIVER BANK ALLOWING THE PROPERTY TO BLEND IN WITH IT’S GREEN FIELD SURROUNDINGS. THE GABLES AND REAR ELEVATION WERE CONSTRUCTED IN NATURAL STONE TO MIMIC THE LIMESTONE CLIFFS AT THE REAR OF THE SITE. THE PROPERTY ALSO FEATURES A WINDING REINFORCED CONCRETE RAMP CLAD IN NATURAL STONE, TWO ARCHWAYS TO ACCOMMODATE THE LIGHT GAUGE RAILWAY PASSING THROUGH, A COBBLED FORECOURT AND INTERNALLY, VOLCANIC ROCK TILES, STAINLESS STEEL BALUSTRADE & STAIRCASES AND A GOLF SIMULATOR.
